Privacy Policy for Liquid Lens

When you choose a gallery image, take a photo, share an image to the app, or submit an image URL, the app processes that content to provide the visual-search feature. A selected local image may be compressed and temporarily uploaded to our server so that the visual search can be performed. The uploaded photo is deleted from our server as soon as the search is complete. Search providers and websites you open from the results may process the submitted image, URL, device information, and request under their own privacy policies.

Do not submit images containing sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable sending them to the services required to perform the search.

Camera access is used only when you choose “Take a Photo.” Photo access is used only when you choose or share an image. The app does not scan your photo library in the background.

The app uses Google Mobile Ads to display banner, native, and interstitial advertisements. Google and its partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostics to deliver, measure, secure, and personalize ads where permitted. Available consent and ad-personalization choices depend on your region and Google settings.

The app uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may process app interactions, device and operating-system information, identifiers, performance data, and crash diagnostics. We use this information to understand feature usage, maintain reliability, and fix errors.

Photos temporarily uploaded to our server are deleted as soon as the related visual search is complete. Other services may retain request, security, analytics, advertising, or diagnostic data according to their own retention policies.

To request deletion of information under our control or ask a privacy question, email soEpicappsdeveloper@gmail.com. Include “Liquid Lens privacy request” in the subject. We may need enough information to identify the relevant request, but the app does not require an account.

Network requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Liquid Lens is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Search results may link to third-party websites. We do not control their content or privacy practices. Review a website’s privacy policy before providing it with information.

We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
